ENG: TERMS OF SERVICE🐉 General:
- By commissioning me, you agree to these Terms of Service.
- I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.
- My style will not be heavily altered to imitate another artist or anime style.
🐉 Payment:
- Payment must be made upfront before I start working.
- Prices are listed in advance; additional requests may increase the final price.
- No refunds once the sketch stage has started.
🐉 Process & Revisions:
- I will provide a sketch for approval.
- Major changes are only allowed during the sketch stage.
- After the sketch is approved, only minor adjustments (colors, small details) are allowed.
- Extra revisions may require an additional fee.
** 🐉 Turnaround Time:**
- Estimated turnaround time will be provided before starting.
- Delays may occur due to workload or personal reasons; you will be notified.
🐉 Final Files & Usage:
- Final artwork will be delivered as a PNG or JPG file.
- Files are for personal use only unless commercial use is agreed upon.
- You may post the artwork on social media with proper credit.
- You may not resell, redistribute, or use the artwork commercially without permission.
🐉 Copyright & Credits:
- I retain full copyright over the artwork.
- I reserve the right to post the artwork in my portfolio and social media.
- Credit is required when posting the artwork.

- Cambios grandes solo se permiten durante la etapa de sketch.
- Tras aprobar el boceto, solo se permiten ajustes menores (color, pequeños detalles).
- Revisiones extra pueden tener un costo adicional.

- El tiempo estimado de entrega se indicará antes de comenzar.
- Pueden ocurrir retrasos por carga de trabajo o motivos personales; se avisará con anticipación.
🐉 Archivos Finales y Uso:
- La ilustración final se entregará en formato PNG.
- El archivo es para uso personal únicamente, salvo acuerdo de uso comercial.
- Puedes publicar la ilustración en redes sociales dando el crédito correspondiente.
- No está permitido revender, redistribuir o usar la obra con fines comerciales sin autorización.
